Very disappointed with the service related to Job Number 4154. Communication was poor from the start, and the issue was not handled professionally. Despite following up multiple times, there was little accountability, and the experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. For the price they charge, I expected reliability and proper customer support, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend The Clean Plumber based on this experience.
Nick from The Clean Plumber came on Thursday afternoon to diagram and quote to fix a leaking upstairs hand basin which leaked onto the downstairs ceiling. Another plumber (not sure of his name as my wife was dealt with him) whom I met when I got home from work and he was finishing up the work. I used the Clean Plumber and they were honest in their assessment. A previous plumber installed our freestanding bathtub incorrectly and used the incorrect drain connection (for a sink instead of a tub) leading to unbearably slow drainage. I hired two other plumbers who couldn’t diagnose the problem correctly but the Clean Plumber came and identified the issue and re-installed the tub with correct parts. All along the process they were upfront as to how much it would cost to do the work based on issues found. They were pleasant to deal with and thoroughly explained how they were going to fix it. I would definitely use them again.
