Our licensed technicians conduct thorough inspections with a 4-step process to ensure your plumbing is in top shape:

Step 1: Home Safety Check

• Your service technician will walk through your home and check that all gas and water valves function properly in case of an emergency.
• You’ll also be shown the location of emergency shut-off valves for quick response in urgent situations.

Step 2: Water Heater Efficiency Test

• We check the temperature relief valve and electric thermostat settings to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Your water heater’s performance will be reviewed according to manufacturer specifications

Step 3: Plumbing & Pressure Assessment

• Taps, toilets, and cisterns are examined for leaks and proper function.

How often will you visit my property?

We only use the camera when there are signs of a blockage, roots or damage. If everything is flowing well, we do not run it just for the sake of it.
