Thank you to Stephen and Kevin for their excellent work during the Christmas break. Stephen realigned my father’s toilet seat and did a great job, thankfully, because it’s been a huge problem for my dad after several attempts from several plumbers. We also had a leak that was promptly detected and fixed in no time. We were happy with the very decent price and the seniors discount that my father was given. I used the Clean Plumber and they were honest in their assessment. A previous plumber installed our freestanding bathtub incorrectly and used the incorrect drain connection (for a sink instead of a tub) leading to unbearably slow drainage. I hired two other plumbers who couldn’t diagnose the problem correctly but the Clean Plumber came and identified the issue and re-installed the tub with correct parts. All along the process they were upfront as to how much it would cost to do the work based on issues found. They were pleasant to deal with and thoroughly explained how they were going to fix it.
